Owner-Operated Since Day One
Sheridan Runs It the Way It Started
Golden Choice Pro-Wash opened in January 2009. Sheridan was a one-man operation for the first few years — answering the phone, doing the estimate, running the pressure washer, collecting the check. Seventeen years later, the business has grown, but Sheridan still personally answers and still personally handles estimates.
That's unusual at the 17-year mark. Most pressure-washing shops at scale push estimates to a sales rep and dispatch crews from an office. Sheridan kept the original model because the estimate is where trust is built — and a sales rep can't tell you your gutters are actually fine and not to bother cleaning them today.
From Sandy Springs to Brookhaven to gas-station commercial clients on Peachtree, the referral network holds because the person who shows up is the person who owns the business.
